Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Digital Experience. Below are our shipping terms to help you understand how we deliver your orders.


1. Processing Time

  • Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the payment is confirmed.

  • During sale seasons or promotional events, processing time may take an additional 1–2 business days.


2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers

  • We ship to addresses in the United States by default. Other countries may be supported depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.

  • Shipping is fulfilled via trusted carriers (e.g. USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL), depending on the delivery address and shipping speed chosen.


3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • All times are estimates; actual delivery time may vary due to carrier delays, customs, weather, etc.

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available).


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • For U.S. destinations, there are generally no additional customs fees.

  • For international orders, you may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other charges that your country imposes. These fees are not included in the order total and must be paid by the customer.

  • If a shipment is rejected by customs or de­stination postal service, the customer may be liable for return shipping costs or forfeiture of the order.


5. Order Tracking

  • After your order is shipped, we will provide tracking details via email so you can monitor the delivery status.

  • If you do not receive tracking information within 2 business days after order confirmation, please contact us at sharpanalia27238@gmail.com or via our Contact Us page.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Please inspect your shipment upon delivery. If it arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us immediately (within 7 calendar days) with photos of the packaging and the damaged items.

  • We will work with the carrier and arrange either a replacement or refund depending on the situation.


7. Changes & Cancellations

  • If you need to change your shipping address, modify your order, or cancel the order, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Once the order has been dispatched, we may be unable to make changes or guarantee cancellation.
